Lab Reports & Independent Testing
Evidence works best when it's specific — a named product, a named lab, a report number, and a result you can actually check. That's what this page is for.
Published test results

This report does not include a mercury result. We're not going to borrow one from another product's testing to fill the gap — if and when a mercury result exists for this product, it will be added here.

Product safety assessments
Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSRs) exist for our Epsom Bath Salts and Pink Himalayan Bath Salts. These are safety-assessment and compliance documents, not laboratory purity tests, and they're not the basis for any purity or composition claim on this page — the TTI results above are.
Reports publishing as they clear
Our edible Pink Himalayan Salt and Natural Sea Salt are independently tested to the same standard. Those reports are still clearing and are not yet public — we're not going to describe them as published before they are. See The Science for how we handle testing across the range.
What "not detected" means
"Not detected" means the substance wasn't found at or above the level the test method could measure — here, 0.1 mg/kg for mercury. That's not the same claim as "zero," and we're not going to blur the two just to make a result sound more absolute than it is.
What testing can prove — and what it cannot
Testing can confirm measured composition and specified parameters, against what a lab actually checked, at that lab's detection threshold, for one sample and one report. It cannot prove a medical, nutritional or therapeutic benefit, and we don't use it to imply one.
For sourcing, grain and how to read a lab report properly, see The Science. For food-safety and quality certifications — Halal, Kosher, Vegan, GMP, Non-GMO, Gluten-Free and ISO 22000 — see Certificates. The range: Pink Himalayan Bath Salts, Epsom Bath Salts, Pink Himalayan Salt, Natural Sea Salt.
