Free UK delivery is available on orders of £18.99 or more. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.
Shipping & Returns
Changed your mind? Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return eligible products.
Products must be unused, unopened and returned in their original packaging. For health, hygiene and food-safety reasons, sealed edible salts and bath products may not be returnable once opened, unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for return postage when changing their mind. We will cover reasonable return costs where an item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Your statutory rights are not affected.
UK online customers generally have 14 days after receiving goods to notify the seller that they wish to cancel, followed by another 14 days to return them. Standard outbound delivery must normally be refunded, while sealed products unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons can be exempt once unsealed.
